3. When your information is submitted we may also cross reference it against publicly available information such as the electoral role, phone directory data or data held by Companies House. We only do this to measure validity of the data which has been submitted.

We may also disclose your information when we believe the law requires it. We reserve the right to disclose certain non-sensitive information to selected third parties from time to time.
